I'm more than aware of that. However, depression/love shyness isn't very logical. It comes and attacks when you least expect it. So telling me this is the case isn't necessarily going to help. You can't tell someone who's depressed to snap out of it. Doesn't work like that.

You know it is equally as possible to feel lonely while in a relationship, if the relationship isn't working, if not more so, as for some there is no possible light at the end of the tunnel.

That's quite an assumption. What makes you think that? Bear in mind I have a full time job and two part time ones (all of which involve dealing with the public).
