Most GAA teams are playing ugly Ulster football. Only 3 good teams to watch in the country are Dublin, Mayo and Kerry. Even at that they only play one or two games in the Championship you would get excited about.
I rarely watch hurling but Kilkenny are never entertaining. The Clare team 2 years ago was exciting but that's it. Overall a poor return each season.
Today's game was turgid. International friendlies are. I think to really appreciate soccer you have to have played it. To watch Messi since Christmas has been a privilege esp his game against Man City.
Messi at his best vs Sheflin or Gooch at their best. I'd watch Messi every time.
