It comes down to taste really. But as the service is not just a visual one, it's physical and emotional too, so looks only play part of the role in the experience. A woman can be very very attractive physically but verging on the repulsive to have sex with due to negative energy and attitude.
I think in reviews most of us will write very attractive when a lady may be only semi attractive just to be polite if that's what you mean ? An escort would have to be a total moon pig for me to say she was unattractive I have only ever done that once and she later turned off her reviews.
