I don't see where he gives this as a reason.
It crossed my mind he was trying to trick his friend into receiving a sexual service.
Hopefully that's not the case.
Anyway there is little risk to anyone as he's not doing anything illegal.
The Chinese ladies in Dublin 15 used to operate from a shop.
That was last year, so I'm not saying it's still the case but it's worth a call.
