Hi guys ..
I am a bit bored with the food lately .. what will you recommend ? No let's put it this way what is your favourite meal ?

King prawns still in their shell , fresh wild salmon and fresh trout from lough Corrib.
Wild mallard and venison all my favourites

But I would make a good desert for you

prawns ...good had some recently .. hmmm venison i did not had in a while , i love it

A major favorite of mine these last few months are Fermented Vegetables. I just can't get enough of my own homemade Sauerkraut, I've tried it with lots of other vegetables and other than Spinach, I haven't found one I don't like yet.

Deserts on the other hand... don't do them!

Oh yes mackerel caught off Galway bay from now on is fabulous when eaten fresh.
Grill them still on the bone with a touch of mustard best eating ever
