Even then, who's watching or listening anyway? On busy streets in City Centre locations people are normally going about their business and don't care too much to try and pick out would-be punters. Even myself, I live in an apartment complex, the easiest way for me has always been to get somebody to ring me when they're outside, and I can tell you I'm not an escort.
Not only that, how many people do you see loitering around watching the entrance to an apartment complex or hotel? Once you're not stupid enough to loudly repeat the Room or Apartment number the girl gives you over the phone (something I've very conscious of) so others in the area can clearly hear, who's to say who you're visiting?
