I do not know where you got this idea from. The irony is that your uncle is probably at the best age of all. Women looking for a father for their children will be looking for a mature settled man not some young guy. Women are very often in their mid thirties when they find themselves without a partner and with the biological urge to have kids getting stronger. I would have thought that any presentable 40 year old man would be inundated with offers.

I think that the important thing here may be to get your uncle active. Forget about a gift voucher for an escort and get one for a gym. Have a look at his clothes and grooming and maybe treat him to a haircut and a new suit.
