It may have escaped some people's attention, but there is a piece of legislation that makes it illegal to "live off the immoral earnings of a prostitute." Any security guard/driver who knowingly works for an escort or provides her with a "business" related services, which she pays him for from her escort earnings, could be charged under the same piece of legislation that deals with pimps and agencies.

Escorts advertising the fact that they have a security person on site, might as well issue an invitation to the Gardai to come and arrest that person.

would disagree with last post... in some countries you cant protect person.. So what we did? We protected their jewelry still being with them.. Yes jewelry... sometimes even pets...

Besides bodyguard protects not the escort but the life.. Of course if he works as a pimp and guards can prove it then yes... i would agree. Besides as far as i understood they work exactly in that way. And its not only guards but Private security authority which would be interested in them... as probably they don't pay taxes,they don't have proper training or even simple license,bodyguard licensing not there YET.

and just my personal opinion Irish army sucks
