If you accept payment for providing the lift, it could be construed as living off the proceeds of prostitution or pimping, equally if the journey involved crossing county boundaries then you could legally be classed as trafficking. I am not a lawyer but I think it would be hard to make either charge stick if you do not accept payment and merely take her to the local bus station or train station. The crux of the question comes down to whether the lady is working or not when you provide the lift and that would be really interesting legal case.

Crossing county borders or international/ country borders?
County borders might mean something in the U. S. but nothing here unless going north to South or vice- versa.
