It means if you have 2 genuine clients ring and Genuine client 1 wants to extend, take a short "cig" break and refresh genuine client 1 with water/tea/wine whilst you communicate to Client 2 that you will need to move their appointment. If they decide to go see someone else due to time constraints, that's their decision.
