Flossing is at least as important as toothbrushing to avoid bad breath. People who never floss (or equivalent with dental picks) are pretty much guaranteed to get a gum infection, which can not be disguised by toothpaste or mouthwash.

What you eat even days before will effect your breath no matter how many times you brush/floss or gurgle

These also change your general body odour no matter how many times you shower!!

I'm sure everyone is aware of the effects of garlic or onions on your breath but these also cause your sweat to smell bad

Alcohol can cause bodies to produce malodorous sweat. Other things you consume can cause this to happen, too, even when those foods are good for you.

Garlic, onions, egg, and cruciferous vegetables — such as broccoli and cauliflower — can cause bad odour both orally and through your pores

I won't eat certain foods a day or two before or drink alcohol or fizzy drinks!!

Always a good idea to give the gums, roof of the mouth and tongue a good scrub while your in there. I would also highly recommend investing in a good tongue scraper too!

I use these after every meal or snack
    Totally Addictive!!

I carry them around in a pouch in my pocket in the car at home/work

if I don't have one available I go into melt down complete panic mode!!

Build up of plaque is the number one cause of gum disease and bad breath

I visited my dentist two weeks ago and she said she wanted to give me a deep descaling/ plague removal below the gum line as I hadn't had one in a few years

After an x-ray and examination she informed me I didn't need it due to the fact I regularly floss

So it has saved me money 🤑

To be honest I didn't always floss because the string would get stuck between my teeth and I thought I was doing more harm than good

But after finding these I don't think I could live without them

They're cheap too under £5 for 100 and available in most chemists or shops

You'd think I have shares the way I'm promoting them!! 😁😆😂🤣
