Then it is contradictory. He is telling the moaners (who you will find are not the sex workers on here) and telling them not to moan and be more pro-active and give money to Laura. I agree that Laura could do with more help financially, however her work is independent of Escort Ireland, so it's not the responsibility of EI to promote or fund, but clients and sex workers in Ireland to do this. We should all be doing what we can.
The consumer having a lobby group would be difficult in the same way a union is hard for sex workers, as people want to stay anonymous and to be part of a collective, especially at a time where the buy/consumer can be prosecuted for being exactly that is again almost impossible, as it's a bit like admitting your guilty before the act.
The whole thing is stifled by the need for anonymity, the repression of stigma and not wanting to admit association with something that already is riddled with guilt and moral pitfalls.
So... talk as much as you like, but turning up for a booking would be a good start
