    Yes u can't beat the green bus...the rail line between Portlaoise and Hazelhatch are having improvements done can't rely on that either for the weekend.

    Utter nonsense. Dublin bus languishes in the 1970s whereas London buses are privatised and run by French public utilities paid for by the French tax payer. And you can't cross the street in central London without getting knocked down by a red double decker. You get a nifty bus app in London too, that tells you when Gary will be arriving at your bus stop to bring you to your destination, as well as what he had for breakfast.
    In Dublin if you are not on the 46a route, you may as well walk

    And they have these new cool retro Routemaster buses too...
    But you know, privatisation is a disaster
    Dublin bus appears to be run for the drivers, not the travelling public. Same as the trains...
