    Only thing I found on Google at moment says two Eastern Europeans.
    Don't know the details but if it's only the 2 in an apartment business, it looks like escorts are at the whim of which police or judge they meet.

    Does that mean if 2 girls are working together in the same apartment they can be jailed?

    i think its safer for the GIRLS to be working in pairs for their safety!
