I have some lavender and i will try that on one of my pillow slips cos my girlfriend doesthat and she sleeps like a top......... got to sleep this morning and woke up at 2 this afternoon.........its a bummer. Two nights on the trot i have gone to bed and gone spark out but tonight and many nights i just cannot get to sleep - I would have to guess that watching the television in bed is partly to blame and reading in bed too just gets my mind racing........ apart from the obvious - dont watch TV or read can anybody suggest how one achieves the state of sleep - if so please do tell cos im sick of not being able to sleep.

I would add here that i can sleep for England during the day given half the chance to do so!
