Put the money you would have spent in a secondary account or something, maybe a few months you'd have enough to buy that and it gives you something to aim for to help you stop going to see girls.
For example, I intend to stop in June for maybe four months until this bullshit law blows over. Say I usually pay £80, that's £160 a month x 4 months is £640, means I can buy my Xbox One and still have £300 odd left to get something else like new clothes or shit like that.
Just give yourself something you need to save for to aim towards and start looking for regular non p4p girls.
