BTW the west part of Ukraine was Polish for centuries, only after IIWW Churchill decided having a chat with Stalin, that my grandpa has to move with all his belongings, cows, horses and other chickens, wife and kiddos, more over to the west. He stayed then near Warsaw, and the house he has built then was still there 20 years ago. So again, I am not Ukrainian, but Polish. Thanks Churchill for that. Good job.

Imagine, what my life in school was like because of that LOL I was BULLIED by teachers, the feckers had to come prepared to the class to be able to teach us something, if there was my name on the list. They've told me this after final exams. I wasn't sorry at all. Bullying performed by teachers in Poland used to be a normal thing, our poor parents believed, it will make of us something good. I read all your recent posts and find them interesting.In the 1600' s Sweden was a North European superpower and threw its weight around (especially under King Gustavus Adolphus) leading some nationalities to dislike Swedes to the present day--I think.
I don't believe the Russians brought that plane down (I know the Russians have committed many atrocities against Poles in the past and Putin is rattling his sabre again in recent years).
There were poor flying conditions/heavy fog tied up with that plane crash.
Andprobably pressure to land the plane in time for the ceremony.
And it was stupid or at least careless to have so many "leaders" on the one plane.

Bullying by teachers was once commonplace in Ireland just as you mentioned for Poland.
It had lessened but not entirely disappeared by my time.
And often the student from a poorer background was bullied more.
In the past if a pupil complained to the parents about inappropriate things at school they'd likely get another walloping.
Bulling by teachers was once probably commonplace everywhere at one time.
Now teachers themselves getting bullied is probably as/more common.

There's a lot of talk of bullying on this site.

When I was growing up, I hated bullies (real bullies) & got into trouble quite a few times for giving them a good slap on behalf of someone who couldn't stand up for themselves.

As the definition says it is someone using superior strength or influence to intimidate. I don't feel anyone on this site is superior to anyone else (some individuals may think they are but they aren't).
I also see those who use the term bully/bullying so loosely, are quick enough to put other people down themselves.

This is an adult internet forum, if you cant take the heat or understand the fact some people just wont get on then perhaps this isn't the place for you.
There is also other options ... put people you don't like on block. Report posts that offend.

You cant call someone a bully then name call & make personal attacks back, really your just as bad as each other.
Its obvious that some people don't like each other so debate, argue or whatever but stop trying to play the victim when you's are all perfectly capable of standing up for yourselves.
Its tit for tat bollox at best!

My point is this if you are so anti-bullying how come you have never intervened or commented when it has occured on this forum?
