It seems to me that if an escort has brought you to her home town and introduced you to her friends, she has opened a door for you beyond escorting. Whether you are in a position to step through or wish to do so is up to you. However, I would suggest that you be sensitive to the girls feelings and not assume that this episode was part of some paid GFE.
