Market forces at play.
Many here do outcalls to hotels.
Some to apartments.
I don't blame them for not doing outcalls to an "unknown" in an apartment.
After G.Dwyer and recent events in Scotland, I'm sure they'll be queueing up to do such outcalls.

For safety reasons many will only do outcalls to hotels, maybe if you are a returning client they would do so at your apartment once they are comfortable with you..
