The sign of a closed mind/uneducated mind is one that groups everyone together (by race, religion, colour, nationality etc) and thinks that a single statement can accurately define the group as a whole.

Personally I can find flaws / traits that I dont like in everyone .
(Being easy on the eye only masks it for me till im no longer horny)

It seems to me that the tendency to brand people from certain countries with a stereotype is hard wired into a person's DNA for some reason. I'm sure upbringing has something to do with it, we often tend to inherit the prejudices and values of our parents and those we spend our formative years around. It would be nice to believe that humans form opinions about others based on their own personal experience, unfortunately that's rarely if ever the case.

I guess there's nothing wrong with a bit of good old fashioned rivalry between nations, poking fun at each other. On another level it becomes more sinister when someone chooses to use another's nationality as a weapon to beat them with. A pretty cheap and low blow can be landed by telling someone "oh you're from X country so you must be y" in a derogatory way. I think there's no reason to do something like that other than to try and hurt someone, however if you choose to try and use someone's nationality against them I think it ends up backfiring in most cases because it's plain to see that the person throwing that particular stone is rather desperate and very short of good stones to throw.

Anyway, as an Irish person I think it's far more fun to take the piss out of other Irish people. It's a sad state of affairs if a nation or a person can't laugh at themselves to some degree.

to bring it back to the real world, never mind escorts theres a whole other set of crap going on there, but for average people from whatever country I agree, and add that never in my experience has the stereotype been accurate, like you say small minded insular mouth breathers usually who dont usually have a passport and their version of being abroad is eating chips and going to irish pubs in places like malaga and lanzerohee for two weeks a year.no ofncence to them whatever but dont act the prickjust cause youre an ignorant fuck whos attitude makes you attract the very people you dont like. you want respect from foreigners in their land, get away from the resorts. there your just a cash cow. and dont get to meet the real people. oh and how are your jokes in a foreign language oh you cant speak it and yet you think they are not funny or interesting when they talk your mother tongue english? yeah, mostly bellends these people
