As I have said the only reason for not deporting him is that he will almost certainly do the same in your home country and put the lives of decent Romanian people such as your goodself at serious risk!
To balance my point, I would also say that the law needs to be strengthened so if a foreign national here (or any group particularly vulnerable or liable to hate based attacks, eg gay people, senior citizens and toward the top of the list, all sex workers), then hate law legislation comes into play and an extra tariff is levied against the perp!
Rachel, in fairness, the term 'Racist' is a term easily bandied about and I rejected it totally out of hand in this case, above all this Gobshite is a Gobshite and needs to be treated like a Gobshite!
