Eh... No bud, they really do not. They only care about keeping escorts advertising with their website. Its a business after all. There used to be a more genuine interest in "punters safety" before, but in recent years it has all changed. Mods who used to be punters themselves were phased out and replaced with management. The encouragement to report a fake profile was eventually discouraged. Bad reviews were getting rarer and the warning and review section heavily moderated.

With over 900 Escorts on this site that's a lot of visits to make it financially viable.
An Escort would need a bare minimum of 2 visits a day to cover Rent , Lingerie , beauty treatments etc.
So that's a minimum of 1800 visits a day and only 50 reviews.
Allow for repeat visits and that's still a lot of u reviewed visits.
So thes punters either don't know about registering and posting reviews
and what way the system works.
