I go along with everything that QPH has said about RicFlair and the Escort of the Month competition. Rather than simply give the chosen escort a free advert for the month, why not upgrade her advert to a Banner Advert for the month or better still, have her advertised as the Featured Escort for the Month, as I have seen it done on some foreign sites. Obviously a little software work would be required to make this later suggestion a reality, but it would result in an increased profile for the competition as a whole.

The one area that may need to be looked at, if Ric is not already doing so or is unable to do so, is the authorship or origin of reviews, to ensure where possible, that reviews are not being submitted by agencies or from abroad or by one person using multiple profiles .

I'm not sure whether Ric would be interested in dealing with all the aggro, but he probably would be a great choice as a community moderator.

I agree with all your points. Obviously I can't check and verify the review origins. I have to wait for the E-I staff to do that. I wouldn't mind dealing with the "agro" as you say.

However you must remember, there are 450 girls working on this site at anytime. The Escort of the Month thread shortens those girls down to a list of 30-20 girls each month. Most of the time those short listed girls seem to have genuine reviews and respect along with a trend that suggests good service and popularity. Out of those girls only 5-3 go to the public vote. Thats a good enough test to go through.
