Just read in Laura's twitter that it looks like the High Court case may be as early as September - so its certainly conceivable that the High Court may rule the June 01st law as unconstitutional before ultimate ROI parliamentary 'debate' .

Would certainly be a boon to the anti-TORLs if the NI High Court find in their favour.
