its easy really, after the shower you are cleansed, and only your guilty consciense is going to fuck you over. basically put that in th e same part of your brain as your innermost secrets. simple really, to help the transition just tell yourself everytime youre not with her shes riding like a stable jockey up and down the country. you can either find ways to live with the guilt, what decides is how nuch you can kid yourself and actually WANT to in a carnal neeeds sort of way.

its alot like fight club in ways, also it just plain depends on hunger. added to all this, much better for everyone to fool around with a professional than easy bikes you might run into when out. deny everything even when she 'finds out' .

I'm an anxiety ridden wreck at the best of times and I don't think I could handle doing this again, surprised I did it once.

Thought I might be able to compartmentalise it and keep separate from my relationship but I couldn't, was hoping it would just feel like an epic weird wank that I wouldn't want anyone to know about but still feel no shame, the shame came as soon as I did.

I'll put it down to experience and next time I feel like visiting a place like that I'll just have an epic weird wank instead.

seriously its all like mental gymnastics, just takes training, and the thing wiyh training is its hard, but soon youll break through it and then have an awesomely good life. worth it.
