Yes but not to the extent people presume. This anti-photoshop movements ridiculous. No image made for public consumption is without Photoshop. Its like the parsley of the photo world.
The pose she pulled is indeed do able and yes it does hurt bit that hardly means I the image is fake.
Modelling is hard work - have you never wondered why every pretty girl isn't a model? Or every guy with a camera a highly paid photographer?
