Have you ever wished that time would stand still? That you could remain in that moment for longer?

One of those moments happened to me this day last week. I was meeting an absolutely fabulous lady for the second time

but it felt like that we had known each other for years and years. She has a very special easy going manner and

technique that has to be seen and be part of.

So have you ever had a time when you wished time would stand still? Can be from any part of life.

Meeting the same person , going back to the same place ....can never be the same , because if for nothing else :

YOU have changed since the last time you were there x

I struggle with this all the time : revisiting places , trying to recapture a moment : will never happen .

Have to go in with an Open Mind , and take each moment as it comes , building new memories xx

Agree with you Stephanie. What I was trying to say was that a person may be in a certain moment that they are enjoying

hugely. They may wish that they could stay in that moment a while longer because they are enjoying it so much. Sadly that

does not happen. It is about taking the most out of those times for future memories.
