So how do you explain me then. I don't have periods nor am I on the pill. I don't react to any dates I react to how clients are with me.

I’m only an amateur gynaecologist, but being over 40 I assume you may be post menopause, which is a normal occurrence. Again, being humans, post-menopausal women do engage in, and enjoy, sexual activities, but the absence of oestrogen means that subconsciously you may not be a “sexy” as a woman around the time of ovulation.

Besides, I would need to carry out a thorough physical exam to rule out any other possible causes. This, of course, would be free of charge to maintain my amateur status.

Nope I not gone through that. I a little young to be going through the change at 41. Scientists change their opinions all the time so don't believe everything you read on the internet. What's good and healthy today is a risk tomorrow etc.
