Finding a tip in the envelope it is a very nice touch.

I wonder if it is something you gents do, or should be done more often ?!?!

I'm sure ladies do/would appreciate the gesture.

I have never paid less than €100, regardless of the fee asked.

Sometimes it was well worth it... other times, unfortunately not..

Couldnt do it if its a new visit as you dont know if visit will go to your liking or not but i assume you refer to a repeat customer.
Good question, i would love to do it but to be honest im not a rich man and have to scrimp to get fees as it is, i have considered it but worried what would be received well as a tip versus what might be considered an insult. i usually try to go for an hour and so if its 200€ would a tenner be acceptable and appreciated in the manner it was given or would anything less than a twenty be frowned on?

20% from the cost. As far as I know that's how the tips work in restaurants etc ..
I'm not rich either, but I always leave a tip where I go.

If you're leaving a 20% tip in restaurants you're leaving twice the norm.

In the US, the minimum tip is considered to be 15% with that rising to 20% in areas considered to be tourist or vacation hot spots.
