I love mutton (Kathmandu or Any Style) , but early on in my days in Dub I had some lamb and it just tasted so Lamb-y !

    Like really gamey.

Been turned off it ever since , until last week (by accident) I bought some , and it's sort of okey-ish ..

Couple of days ago got some piggie ribs (yumm) , this evening it's sirloin (was picking up some bones for pups ,

what can I say ? Can't resist a good looking slab of meat ...)

(but I'm still not happy with the cuts )

    Tell me , what's your preference ?

*and yes , my mainstay would be fish and chicken and sea creatures ***
Id eat any of them but beef for me. the others wouldnt fill me up as much.

Actually I should expand upon that, since I had that dish again today and refined it slightly.

Lamb's Liver fried in Coconut Oil with homemade Sauerkraut, steamed Kale and Carrots with Olive Oil poured all over them. Who says eating insanely healthy (Paleo & Ketogenic) can't be fun?

My preference is so strongly towards chicken or fish I think I must have been a cat in my past life. Chicken gets a big plus for been so versatile and easy to prepare.
