A favorite of mine lately is Lamb's Liver fried in Coconut Oil.

I am a sucker for a good steak too.

Pork and Veal I don't tend to go for much.

I love mutton (Kathmandu or Any Style) , but early on in my days in Dub I had some lamb and it just tasted so Lamb-y !

    Like really gamey.

Been turned off it ever since , until last week (by accident) I bought some , and it's sort of okey-ish ..

Couple of days ago got some piggie ribs (yumm) , this evening it's sirloin (was picking up some bones for pups ,

what can I say ? Can't resist a good looking slab of meat ...)

(but I'm still not happy with the cuts )

    Tell me , what's your preference ?

*and yes , my mainstay would be fish and chicken and sea creatures ***
Love fresh fish and was thinking of going to Howth in the morning. Love a good piece of lamb. Recently had dinner in Malahide and took lamb, tasted supreme, just as good as the steak made last Sunday myself :-)

Yes and I do cook, quite good actually, well so have been told, like to experiment in the kitchen.

Yes will be in Howth tomorrow morning, walk on the pier, coffee and then getting some fish. Not sure yet what will make for dinner.

    Red or white wine
