I would imagine that most girls who finish escorting begin a new phase of their lives and break all links to their escorting past.
Not all girls but I would say most do. It is understandable that they would, given the unfortunate stigma that sex work carries.
Like most of us these ladies will perhaps settle down get married and raise a family. The last thing they need is someone from home finding out about their "activities" while working in Ireland. These ladies may be risking an awful lot in doing this work.
We should remember that and appreciate them all the more.

Maya was a lovely lady with a great sense of humour. Only met her once
As other lads have said hopefully she is enjoying her life now.
