    No, he is agreeing that they cannot investigate you for something that wasn't a crime at the time you did it.

    On a lighter note though and if what you say is true even of they were to start a criminal investigation on merely the posts on a forum, JC's solicitor could also point out threads he's made about who has the best ass, just because he posted fiddles mc gee has the best ass doesn't make it true.
