In my opinion that photo looks odd, the face looks real but the body looks totally false, very strange looking, looks like the photo is 2 different images merged.

To be fair to the lady she had an incredible figure and her body was in the same shape but the airbrushing the photographer used is ridiculous. The skin in that 'photo' doesn't even look like skin. It occurs on so many profiles too.
