Sorry to read about you loosing your pet annabel, they bring so much pleasure into our lives and their passing is always very sad time and it seams that only animal lovers understand the feeling of loss one experiences. As to your feathered friend in the white waistcoat charge him rent or make it more difficult for him to perch in his preferred spot. A suggestion would be to hang a few old CD discs in the area where he perches and their movement coupled with the reflection of light from their surfaces should give him the message to as you so politely stated TUCK OFF.

Well there this little arsehole who stalking my balcony, every morning, I can't open my curtains without seeing the little wanker, I'm actually really honestly thinking about getting an air soft rifle and steal pellets and making his kids orphans
U think he bring his wife or something but nooooo little dickface comes alone to blighted my day

Plus an air soft rifle legal and does break the skin. I'd imagine one to testicle been rather unpleasant...

Airsoft weapons are legal but the cops don't like you having them,they trying to change law.. the plastic pellets sting at close range never seen them to break skin..
you could try spraying wd40 non balcony most birds and animals don't like the smell of it
