Yes it's cheating,but it's far to complicated and not so simplistic. There are a myriad of reasons why men see escorts or sleep with different women. I can't expalin my actions sometimes, I have no idea. I do feel however that when women get married they generally neglect the husbands sexual desires over time. Most married men do not get the amount of sex they desire from their wives. Some of us cheat some of us see escorts. As a lesser of two evils it's the better option in my opinion.
I think almost all men in relationships think about being with other women. It's just some of us for whatever reasons pushed past thinking about it and acted on it.
