OWO with an escort you know well in terms of her behaviour wrt all her sexual practices/preferences is PROBABLY less risky than OWO with a one night stand too. OWO with an Escort you have just met is probably more risky than a one night stand. Reverse oral between lesbians is by far the least risky oral sexual practice wrt the risk of disease transmission. Reverse oral between any man & any woman is more risky than lesbian mutual oral but far less risky than OWO a in terms of infection transmission. French Kissing between 'strangers' is even more risky std wise than a client going down on a escort! Every time a couple french kiss MILLIONS of bacteria/and or viral particles are exchanged. Eueww! Mouthwash may make you feel minty fresh afterwards but there is no solid clinical study to show it actually reduces the actual risk of std transmission!
