I would say that if you are in a high class development, then the neighbours will want you out asap.

I saw a regular yesterday who has visited me in several locations, he has told me numerous times that he appreciates it that wherever I am working from, I keep clean. That's what most guys appreciate, clean, tidy accommodation with wipes, deodorant, mouthwash in the bathroom.

fair enough everbody was there own stance on this subject but when and I say when the law comes in that the punter will be prosecuted I wonder how many will be going to the bad locations as tthey will be known for the punt also if a complex is targeted all the police have to do is have a list of tenants that live there and if yur not on the list and you say yur visiting someone and the name does not match deep shit porridge for you

Galway is not the easiest place to find a nice apartment. I've been lucky to use some very nice places there, but I would not risk using the same place too often, so still limited in that sense, which is why I alternate between hotel and apartment.

I also hear that Galway can be very hit and miss workwise, which would mean some would not risk investing in an expensive apartment/hotel room.

I had looked to get an apartment myself in Galway for a while, but went for Cork instead.
