The property tax did not affect tenants in rented homes, or council properties.
Not everyone who owns property is rich (negative equity).

The homeowners payed up as that is what they believe/aspire to (responsibility)
I'm not saying ALL the protesters are freeloaders, just that employers don't give days

There is a portion of society who deem it a human right not to pay for anything, except for things such as sky sports and Celtic jerseys. the same people by and large do not pay for anything anyway.
The current ring leaders who have now worked their way into national politics began their crusade by lying down in front of bin lorries when Dublin City Co had the audacity to ask ordinary joe soap to pay to have their waste to be taken away from their door steps.

Im only using this as an example as to how stupid sending someone a penalty based on an assumption. I mean assuming anything is inaccurate. Imagine an undertaker or priest assuming someone is dead? There would be some banging on that coffin lid.
