I can't talk for all women and I'm not sure it is possible a man can talk for all men, but being attractive is not one dimensional.
An example. I can meet someone new and my immediate thought is not, 'Wow, how attractive are they'. We get talking and there is some chemistry that comes from no where, but it's there and very strong. It could be in the way he has dimples when he smiles, the twinkle in his eye or the fact that he is so focused and successful in what he does. By the end of the night, he may be the only person I want to look at, as I find 'him' attractive.
Then you can have someone who would look amazing in a photograph, like proper model looks and then when they talk something weird happens to their face, or they have a funny high pitched voice and all of a sudden they are no longer attractive.
I have also found that people that appear attractive lose that when you get to know them. If they have a black soul or no soul at all, it often penetrates through the aesthetics and you can see it in the eyes, or the mouth and it spoils what otherwise did look attractive.
Okay, so maybe I over analyse things, but I have definitely had clients that the first time I met them I just thought they were nice, but after getting to know them, I really started to enjoy looking them in the eyes when we played, because I liked the look of their face and the way they were enjoying being with me. The whole thing is erotic and therefore attractive to me.
It all leads to the same thing really. If you have a mental attraction, then the physical attraction slots into place and increases the more you like them.
This is coming from someone who did used to judge people on their looks and likely missed out on a hell of a lot of fun. Thank God I got past that when I started doing this, as it's taught me what I said before. Attraction starts from the inside out. Otherwise it's just doesn't last.

Having been in eastern Europe, the reason there skinny is the food is revolting
No offence to any of the lovely ladies, but what with the pickles and sour flavour in everything
And when they offer U meat out comes the roll of something they claim is turkey
And polish soup with the egg, and the dumplings sweat Jesus
I like there booze tho
