I know both well, and there restrictive diets, hey I could just give them lettuce but Paleo can only eat certin things at special times as if cavemen went a fuck it ten past 6 I can have sweet patotoe now come on but then she looks fantastic while im sporting soft and ample curves

And they preach enough about the diets I dont think either feels ostracized, in fact both thing each other are mad

See this is why I like fat people eat what is given, but I'm a good cook and I like a challenge

There no wine allowed either for some strange reason like

I am and I'm not, I love meat fish etc and feel lost if a meal doesn't have it, but its more been so confined as to what I can use

But I've sorted it got creative

I believe food is to be enjoyed, and produce to be respected I rather buy form butchers etc, and ill respect the animal that died for me, by never cooking burnt steak or well done, fillet steak anything over medium just go eat Maccie ds U just wasted a cow life...

I missed the meat but the sauce id soooo use again terrific, cauliflower purée with olive oil and vegan cheese salt pepper nutmeg fabulous
