Good boy. Here's a gold star. Always remember they have heard every form of thing you can imagine at the clap clinic, and they will hear it all again tomorrow. Be brave

Seems a lot of guys don’t tell the GUM Clinic they visit escorts, so would you get the the HEP B Injections if you told them you were drunk and you had sex with at least 2 girls outside the nightclub on Saturday night and you were a bit worried now and wanted the injections,

ok I had to ask for throat swab and he was reluctant to give me one, so being a young guy myself what the difference between seeing escorts and chatting up a few girls and then having sex with them on nights out, even seeing escorts would in most cases be safer too,

Because unfortunately, rightly or wrongly, escorts are classed as a high risk group. So even if you said your middle name was Casanova and you shagged the camogie team I'm afraid unless you said you paid them still no dice.

Which is crazy, when you think about it, but there you are.

Sure, if telling them you saw an escort embarrasses you just tell them you are gay, and that you catch and pitch on regular basis. You will get everything you need and more then.

Nobody really likes having a needle stuck in them, but there's a trick if it really bothers you. Think about your favourite lady, tell yourself to man up, close your eyes and don't look. If the nurse is good, you mightn't even feel it.

The last time I had bloods taken the lovely lady never stopped talking, spent most of the time looking at me, and it was like her hands had a life of their own. She's probably done that 20 times a day for the last 20 years, so it's automatic now. She really did pay attention to labeling the samples though and even got me to doublecheck them. Expert!

Just get the damn things done

Are all blood tests the same, I mean if I go for my doctor's ones they will do instead of travelling for the other at the clinic
Get the Doc to test your B-12 and Vit-d. If either are low you can get tired. You should go to both clinics

    I may Google it,

When I got my hep b it was over 6months but that was nearly ten years ago, but I still think its over that period as they must check your bloods to see if its gone into your blood
I do test the levels I have as it got 20year lifespan max,
I got mine over 6 months, plus you might need another boost after a year, depending on how well it takes.

Therefore your GUM medical records are not added to your GP's medical notes, which means you do not have to declare this info on insurance policies as no records are kept by your GP.

Yeah the UK has the right idea. I think there's a technicality in the Republic of Ireland regarding records of STI screening with

your GP. I'm not 100% sure about it but must do some investigating into the matter.

The clinic that I attend, I don't have to provide my correct identity, thankfully.

Any suggestions regarding this issue with records, STI screening and maintaining records would be greatly appreciated.
