hmmm, gives info that nobody cares about, but avoids the real questions and answers like a typical politician

If a politician spoke completely freely he'ld piss off 1 group of morons or other among the public or his own party.
He has tended to speak more openly than most Irish politicians up to now.
Any minister for health has only a finite amount of power to reform or whatever.
They are constrained by budgets, huge vested interests (eg hospital consultants) and by their own political masters.
