If your nipples are sore or swollen looking than you might have gyno. It is treated with an anti aromatose such as armidex or a serm like novaldex. If they dont work you can get a simple cosmetic surgery to remove the problem. Personally I dont think you have anything. Everyone has different sizes in all areas.
