    She was bad enough before the beans, you definitly wouldent want to be next to her now lol

    Some people have to have the last word,
    but they don't actually want you to stop talking,
    as they like the sound of their own voices too much.

    Yes and cheese also never get deli sándwichs or salads full of fat, sugar and salt, worse that fastfood.

    I lost a lot of weight through changing my diet and then I found a sport I was really into and the weight really fell off me. For running - I use an app called Zombie, Run where you have to run away from zombies and pick up objects while running and has a great (somewhat cheesy) storyline.
