I still don't understand how the female hostage taker escaped from looking at the swat team storming the place on the news.
Sad news and pretty extreme past few days for France and I hope these religion of peace nutters realise any grievances they have won't be helped by acts of terrorism
We still have not forgotten about Bloody Sunday. But a few years before 1961 in the heart of Europe under a former nazi collaborator around 100 Algerian peaceful protesters were murdered and thrown into the river seine. France has a bloody past.
But that does not condone what happened.
France certainly has a bloody past, but what country doesn't especially in Europe.
so let's see what we have.
-England slaughtered half the world trying to build their empire.
-The Dutch were the biggest slavers in the history of mankind
-Germany, well we all know what happened here.
Stalin in the old Ussr murdered 20 million of his own.
Franco in Spain did the same at a smaller scale, same thing in Portugal.
in terms of conquest and bloodbath , Italy has a lot to answer on several accounts.
Yugoslavia, we know what happened there as well.
Swiss might be neutral, but they have financed every single conflict in the world one way or another, and I am not talking about the weaponry they sell all over the world, and certainly not about the amount of mercenaries they supplied worldwide either.
Turkey has probably committed more massacres than all the above put together.
I won't mentioned the states who exterminated whoever stood in their way.
But no!
you have to bring on half lies and incomplete truth, that are completely irrelevant to the current situation in an effort to go French bashing.
