Unfortunately, this will never happen, it is written in the European charter.
But don't despair, they will be dealt by the GIGN which is a branch of the military which could be compared to an American SWAT team on steroid.
Those guys actually wrote the book and procedures on how to deal with these situations, and they have a lot of practice, having trained every single armed response unit in the world.
