Are you telling me that you just pay a fixed penalty, and if you get stopped every week you just go on paying anonymous fixed penalties.
Recently I got a fixed penalty for speeding, but I never got the unregistered letter with the option of paying the fixed penalty,so had to go to court and got double penalty points.and a fine. Of course there were no newspaper correspondants there for all those cases.
Now you get a load of young reporters, who seem to get paid for each case reported in papers, and photographers on mobile phones to take your photo as you exit the court buildings. Has no one ever come across these determined photoigraphers.
The Gardai just don't have the time to go to our reviews!!
They would have too much of a good time?
New law or not I can't see how leaving reviews is going to affect you in any way. Just as long as you aren't stupid enough to post either your real name or pictures here.
Really, the site isn't hosted in Ireland. So the best the Gardaí could do is get your actual IP address from here, but I'd imagine the site isn't going to be handing out IPs of their members, plus there's no legal obligation to do so anyway. The other thing, is even if they got the IP they'd still have to force your details (name & address) out of your Internet Service Provider.
Put simply, there's zero reason to be concerned. It's going to be extremely difficult for the authorities to gain your details from here.

Still very confused about everything. You get stopped by a guard. He asks you questions. Do you answer or stay silent? He takes your mobile phone. Sees text messages of directions, or at least a telephone number. He rings the last telephone number, and a sexy voice answers. What happens then?..You end up in a cell while they try to get your I.D. and query with your wife, as to where you are.
No Thanks
