The general rule is that the criminal law cannot be retrospective in nature so you can't subsequently be found guilty of something you did at an earlier time when it was legal to do so.

Full of paranoia. The laws have not been passed yet and loads of guys are panicking already.
Even if a guard posses as an escort and you do go to meet her and she's new here, you would be very stupid to something like , here's the 100 euro for sex, that's why the review/reference systems could become very important here

Enlighten me please as to why leaving reviews will be an issue? I assume your avatar isn't your photo, and your username isn't your actual name compete with address and phone number?

If my assumptions are correct, I believe it would need a court order to obtain details from your internet service provider, and then someone would have to still spend a LOT of time analyzing the data before concluding that yes, you are a member of this website, and you completed forms, which may or may not accurately depict an act that was illegal. Most of them could be fairly easily argued by a lawyer as not describing any wrongdoing, just delivery of professional services.

All this for a max €500 fine? I think if I were a guard, I'd spend my effort in other pursuits. And I suspect this will be their attitude in general.
