I dont like it at all. its very bad for us advertisers when you end up in 4,5,6 , 7 .................. pages . In dublin is gonna be so many pages that guys will get bored ; and there is no link for Uk/irish girls either and all that is lost just to read something about turism in Ireland most site users are irish whats the point.

That is something that has been changed and enhanced, but I agree, maybe it's not what you or others are referring to and I may have misunderstood your gripes.
Yes, you are right, they do seem to have removed the nationality filter, but that was unfairly skewed towards UK/Irish escorts anyway. This is slightly mitigated by the fact that nationality is now included under the thumbnail so you can see if closer attention is paid.
I can't see your problem though as regards finding specific escort niches like redheads/matures/asians etc. Like I said already, if anything, this feature has been greatly enhanced and if people can't be arsed by clicking once or twice extra than as compared to before to get better results, then thats just pure laziness and they don't deserve any time with the nice escorts
I do agree though that it would be nicer to see more profiles per page.
Perhaps, compromise on maybe a severe beating instead?

When I searched the Belfast region using the "up to £150" (per hour) function - it recommended 6 profiles only. Yet there are 44 workers in Belfast today. It completely ignores the workers who have not set a price (which may become more prevalent when the law changes in June making it illegal to pay for sex related services) . Furthermore, for punters who book 30 minute sessions, the search isn't available.
It's a fiddly and unnecessary change that was not discussed beforehand nor wanted by site users. So far the vast majority of punters hate/loathe/dislike the change and want the site put back the way it was.

The only thing I REALLY dislike is the fact it splits the results up into so many pages.
I'm sure the ladies wouldn't like this feature either as you may find yourself right at the very end and not be seen!
